Room was lovely, staff so friendly and received a welcome drink! Let us leave our luggage the day of check out and use the lobby to work from. Couldn't have been more helpful and great value for money 👌 bus right outside the hotel brought you straight to the centre or beach. The area itself was lacking nice restaurants/cafes but couldn't fault the hotel! Note: cash is needed for the bus!

I had an amazing time staying at the hotel while travelling for work. The room was clean and tidy. All staff were very helpful and accommodating with whatever I needed during my stay. Great people and great place. Recommendations about local food and drinks were also spot on according to my tastes! Thank you guys!

Excellent!! The staff was very polite and kind, they were always ready to help us. The room and lobby were very clean! No noise, it was always very quiet. Breakfast was good, nothing special though. Also very nice option to rent bikes here! Only complaint I have is that the main light in our room didn't turn off all the way, it was still kind of burning throughout the night which kept me awake. There was no way to turn it completely off.

The hotel is located in a good area. The staff is friendly, the room is quite spacious, clean, the bed is comfortable and everything is new. The hotel is close to the sea (about 5 minutes by bike), to the city center and close to it are shops, public transport stations and other facilities. The hotel also offers you the opportunity to rent a bicycle at a very good price and enjoy a rich breakfast! The only downside "a bit noisy due to the main street next to he"!

Exceptional staff who really made our stay in Valencia very enjoyable - Hector Lara and Lenny. They could not have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, very spacious with an excellent shower and aircon. Highly recommended

The place is nicely decorated and staff are very professional and caring. I guess some of the appliances (the AC) could use a revamp. Very loud and disturbing especially if it's hot outside.

The staff here were all very friendly and gave us lots of information and advice on getting around. We were very impressed with the room. It was modern and spacious with a large tv. The double bed was large and comfortable too. There was a fabulous shower in the clean and modern bathroom. Hector was a great breakfast host even though he was very busy and the food available was plentiful and delicious. Very good value for money. The hotel is within walking distance to the old town and the beach, but if 25 mins is a bit too far for you, there's a regular inexpensive bus service and we were able to purchase tickets via the EMT Valencia app which you then show the driver when you get on.

A lovely stay in a great location. We loved the attention to detail and the hospitality of the hotel. The room was massive in comparison to our first two hotels in Madrid and Barcelona, and we absolutely loved our time in Valencia. It is a very bike friendly city, and this hotel is well positioned to explore the city and the beach by bike. We hope to return soon!

We can highly recommend the hotel and the very nice and helpful staff. We chose the hotel because of its location between the city centre and the beach and it was just right. Everything is within easy reach by bike or on foot. The staff was very attentive and helpful and especially the restaurant recommendations were all great. GREAT brand-new hotel. Rooms have a stylish ambient with a colored modern design (spacious bathroom!). Probably the best service I've had in any hotel, big thanks to Alejandro who was always attentive and helpful.Breakfast is delicate but varied, never crowded. Will definitely repeat on any trip to Valencia.

The service at the hotel was spectacular. The price was reasonable for what you get and the advice you get at the front desk was excellent and helpful. The rooms are ultra new and clean and the shower was North American style I think that was the best shower I’ve ever had In Europe. Cheers from your guests from Canada and uraguay!

Hotel encantador en Valencia.Muy limpio y cuidado en detalles. Siempre soy muy atento a la limpieza en las habitaciones y sobretodo en el baño, y puedo decir que aprueba con mucha nota.En cuanto al equipamiento de las habitaciones no se puede pedir mas.El personal joven y muy atento amables y encantadores, siempre con una sonrisa y ganas de trabajar y hacer las cosas bien.Totalmente recomendable.

Por su limpieza, diseño, el personal, en general todo estaba muy bien y muy nuevo,.Por ejemplo las TV son súper nuevas y grandes, además de incluir Netflix y otras plataformas, me pareció un gran acierto para pasar la noche sin aburrirte

Hotel completamente nuevo en la Avenida del Puerto, muy cerca del Jardín del Turia y conectado con muchas líneas de autobuses, también cerca de una Estación de Metro.Todas las instalaciones son nuevas, todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y baño en el interior. Un lugar estupendo para alojarse al visitar Valencia.

Veramente carino!! Hotel aperto da pochi giorni. La struttura ha uno stile moderno e minimalista. Ogni camera ha una sua colorazione, la nostra per esempio aveva particolari blu. L'entrata a molti può ingannare ma è veramente carina, con mattoni a vista e particolari in cemento ed acciaio.Al primo piano si apre la reception e la sala da colazione, quest'ultima ben fornita e molto buona. Le camere sono spaziose e molto confortevoli.Massima pulizia. Il personale è gentilissimo, pronto a dare tutte le informazioni che desiderate. Il quartiere è tranquillo (residenziale) con molti parcheggi lungo strada, inoltre l'hotel dispone di un suo parcheggio a pagamento. Ricordo che l'hotel è nuovissimo. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la metro e il centro città. Lo consiglio veramente, soprattutto a chi vuole uscire dai soliti canoni degli hotel standard. Quando ritornerò a Valencia prenoterò nuovamente in questo hotel.

Acabamos de casualidad y era la primera noche que estaba abierto. Nos ha encantado, nunca habíamos tenido una habitación tan amplia. Las instalaciones nuevas y los trabajadores muy amables. Ya se donde alojarme cuando vuelva a Valencia porque además está al lado del centro. Muchas gracias por todo!

Nos encantó. Recomendable 100%.Todo nuevo, las habitaciones decoradas con mucho gusto. El personal de 10. La habitación grande, con un TV enorme, la ducha grande, la cama cómoda... Todo perfecto.Seguro q volvemos !
